Go on a Digital Detox To Save Mental Health

We all have to extract out of life as much as we can and our future and happiness is dependent on how we think, react, respond, communicate and orchestrate our view of the world around us.
We live in an 'Info-Overloaded' world... too many options/choices, too much to try and process and think about... no wonder mental illness is on the rise in both young people and adults alike.
What is needed is SIMPLIFICATION. Media and news consumption reduction. An overhaul of our thought processes and habitual thinking patterns.
Our minds are being taken over by the Media and Tech companies. Unless we are more aware and take measures to control these things.
Some ideas are:
- Go on a Digital Detox.
- Have a month off Social Media.
- Remove time-sucking, value-less apps on your phone and devices.
- Turn off ALL notifications.
We all have to make a real concerted effort to avoid being controlled and pulled along by the tide of stimulation and attention-grabbing.
Young minds are being conditioned now by the Media and Tech companies for deeper control later. You can see it happening all the time.
For example; addiction to the "Like" button is said to be stronger than that of hard drugs! Shocking! This is not by accident, the Tech giants want us hooked.
