Fox Training Academy - Terms of Business

MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN TERMS

By enrolling in a Fox Training Academy course with a monthly payment plan, you agree to the following terms:

1. PAYMENT OBLIGATION
• You are responsible for the full course fee, payable in monthly instalments as agreed at enrolment.
• Monthly payments will be automatically charged to your designated payment method on the scheduled dates.
2. NO REFUNDS
• All payments are non-refundable.
• Cancellation or withdrawal from the course does not release you from your obligation to pay the full course fee.
3. DEFAULT
• You will be in default if any monthly payment is more than 7 days late.
• If you default, the entire unpaid balance becomes immediately due and payable.
4. COURSE ACCESS
• We may suspend your access to course materials if any payment is late.
• Certification will only be issued after the full course fee has been paid. You will receive your course assessment results, but not the official certificate.
5. PAYMENT DETAILS
• It is your responsibility to maintain current payment information.
• Contact us immediately if you anticipate payment difficulties.

These payment terms are in addition to our general Terms and Conditions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LICENSING

1. License to Use: Your purchase grants you a license to use Fox Training Academy materials and programs. This license does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.
2. Usage Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage any materials provided by Fox Training Academy. All content including techniques, routines, methodologies, and training systems remain the intellectual property of Ian Fox and Fox Training Limited.
3. Certification Requirement: You must complete all assessment requirements before teaching or offering classes based on our programs. Certification is mandatory and non-transferable.

PROGRAM ACCESS AND MEMBERSHIP

4. Online Access: Access to online course materials is provided while you maintain our terms of business and licensing. 
5. Lifetime License: Purchasers of lifetime licenses (on a per course basis) receive ongoing access without further payments as long as professional standards are maintained.
6. License Cancellation: Cancellation of your license (if applicable) terminates your right to teach or use the program. You must receive confirmation of cancellation from Fox Training.
7. Reactivation Policy: If you cancel your subscription and later wish to reactivate it, there will be a reactivation fee payable. 

CERTIFICATION POLICIES

9. Completion Timeframe: You must complete course assessments within 3 months of purchase.
10. Extensions: Extensions may be requested in writing before the initial 3-month period expires. Maximum extension is 3 additional months (6 months in total).
11. Assessment Process: Results are typically provided within 14 days via email. Fox Training Academy is not responsible for lost or delayed assessment submissions.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS

12. Risk and Liability: You participate in programs at your own risk. Fox Training Academy accepts no responsibility for injuries resulting from techniques or advice given.
13. No Income Guarantee: We cannot guarantee any specific earnings potential. Results depend on individual effort, marketing, service relevance, pricing, competition, and economic factors.
14. Professional Advice: Fox Training Academy does not provide legal or financial advice. Seek qualified professional guidance for such matters.
15. Insurance Requirement: You are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage as required in your country of residence.

DIGITAL CONTENT AND REFUNDS

16. Digital Content: Accessing members-only areas and downloadable content waives your right to cancellation refunds.
17. Technical Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with digital content. Free software like Acrobat Reader (for PDFs) and standard media players (for MP3s) are required.
18. Product Returns: Physical products (if applicable) may be returned in original condition within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
19. Non-refundable Policy: Course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

COMMUNICATION AND PRIVACY

20. Email Communication: You are responsible for providing a valid email address for account communications.
21. Privacy Policy: We do not sell or freely distribute your information to third parties. Account information is available to Fox Training employees as needed.

LEGAL PROVISIONS

22. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fox Training Academy and its associates from claims arising from your use of materials or breach of these terms.
23. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in England and Wales.
24. Complete Agreement: This agreement supersedes all prior arrangements and constitutes the entire agreement between parties.
